TTJ4E1 Vehicle Maintenance and Customization
Students will be introduced to vehicle service, with a focus on automotive electronics and customization in this course. While developing safe workplace practices and proper tool use, students will acquire the fundamental principles of today's electrical subsystems and understand the various components of automotive circuits. Students will also learn about aftermarket customization and how to install personalized accessories.
TTJ4CE Engine Rebuilding, College Prep
Students will take an advanced look into the fundamental workings of various vehicle power systems. Aside from engine construction and fuel system theory, students will disassemble and rebuild an automotive engine, all while developing their use of tools, measuring devices, power equipment and technical expertise. Prerequisite: None
